Does Manea work with Microsoft 365?
Yes, Microsoft 365 is planned as an important source. Depending on the feature, different permissions, connectors and tenant settings are required.
Can existing mailboxes be imported?
Yes, depending on the source via IMAP, PST, EML, MBOX or defined migration paths. The source is reviewed before migration.
What is the difference between journal and IMAP import?
Journaling is better suited for ongoing complete capture. IMAP import is mainly suited for existing data and migration.
Can Manea filter spam and viruses?
Yes, through mail-security packages with spam filtering, virus checking, quarantine and optional attachment classification or sandboxing.
What happens with former employees?
Depending on the package, archived messages of former users can be made accessible through roles, rights and defined processes.
Is there a selfcheckout?

Where is data hosted?
Manea is oriented toward operation in Germany. Details on location, subprocessors and DPA/TOMs are provided transparently.
Can Manea be combined with QO7?
Yes. Manea can integrate with the QO7 platform as a mail and archive product, but remains usable as an independent product.
